Timber Receiving & Inspection
Raw timber arrives daily from government-certified sources. Every batch undergoes visual inspection for defects, dimensional verification, and species confirmation before entering the facility.
Segregation & Grading Yard
Timber is sorted by species, grade, and dimensions in our open-air segregation yard. Trained staff separate logs by density, grain quality, and intended application.

4 Kiln-Drying / Seasoning Chambers
Our four dedicated seasoning chambers use controlled heat and airflow to reduce timber moisture content to 8-12%. Each chamber can process large volumes simultaneously, with temperature and humidity monitored throughout.

Pressure Impregnation Plant
Our industrial-grade pressure tank forces anti-termite and anti-fungal chemicals deep into the wood fiber under 10-14 kg/cm² pressure. This provides 15-25 years of protection.

Boiler & Steam Generation
A dedicated boiler generates steam for the seasoning chambers and heat for the pressure treatment process. We use wood waste as fuel, creating a near-zero waste operation.

Quality Control Lab
Calibrated moisture meters, litmus testing stations, and dimensional measurement tools ensure every batch meets our exacting standards before dispatch.

Timber Storage & Stock Yards
Covered and open storage yards hold our four core species in multiple grades and dimensions, ensuring immediate availability for bulk orders.

Packaging & Dispatch
Finished timber is carefully stacked, wrapped, and loaded for domestic delivery or export. Export shipments use ISPM-15 compliant packaging with moisture barriers.
